Daiga Osina

Clinical Hypnotherapist (DipCAH, HPD)

MY PATH

My interest in studying hypnotherapy grew from a personal turning point: using hypnosis to successfully overcome insomnia and shift deep-seated patterns of unhelpful thinking. More than 10 years ago my life journey took a pivotal turn when I experienced the profound power of hypnotherapy firsthand.

This is why I felt that I wanted to pursue my career in another dimension and decided to study formally clinical hypnotherapy to help others. Years later, and especially now I see a wave of success stories, books, and modern techniques emerging and exlpoding. While they hide behind sleek, trendy names and influential branding, at their core, they rely on the exact same principles of old-school hypnosis and subconscious work that I have practiced for a long time. Today, I see that people don't need complex hype—they need the right guidance, a basic understanding of how the brain works, and simple, core self-work

I was born and grew up in other part of the Europe, near the Baltic Sea, and after years of exploring different parts of UK, the beautiful and vibrant city of Bristol became my home.  After welcoming my child, I found myself reconnecting more closely with my roots, and today I divide my time between places that have each become part of my story.

I am passionate about positive change and am proud to have worked in public health and  health care related disciplines, including Public Sector Organisations and Government sector since 2008; it has given me a great insight and prospectus for health care and individual needs.

Becoming a hypnotherapist felt like a rather natural progression and the previous knowledge gained -  now  is giving me that  “missing link” between life and higher consciousness I need.

MY TRAINING

My training at the UK Academy of Therapeutic Arts and Sciences was strictly face-to-face and in-person, culminating in a Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis (DipCAH) and the HPD—the gold standard sector qualification awarded by the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).

Also my foundation degrees in Public Health, Nutrition and Epidemiology makes me fully equipped and aware of health and it’s wholeness concepts.

My Hypnotherapy practice

While recent research confirms the power of hypnosis for medical and mental health, beyond the science -  finding the right specialist is about resonance. My practice is built on the belief that 'human needs human.' In a world of trendy formulas and AI-generated advice, I offer a deep, personalized exploration of your subconscious to help you unlock the advanced version of yourself.

Using hypnosis and the great power of your subconscious mind I can help you to identify solutions unique to you and give you confidence to reach those goals you want to. To see people gain momentum on their chosen path, is the most wonderful and rewarding thing to see.
